The first edition of the lato sensu postgraduate course in Psychotherapy and Transpersonal Psychology, registered in the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), was conceived by Dr. Norma Alves de Oliveira, Psychiatrist, Transpersonal Psychoanalyst and Master in Health Sciences, is scheduled to start in February 2020 in the city of São Paulo (Brazil). Transpersonal Psychology is an approach to consciousness that integrates science and spirituality, understanding and treating the human being in its aspect of multidimensionality, whose individuality precedes birth and survives after death. From this perspective, existential conflicts, psychic and organic disorders can have their origins in psychodynamic experiences, intrauterine experiences, past and archetypal experiences.
Target Audience
Higher level professionals and undergraduates from various fields of knowledge who want to deepen their knowledge towards self-transformation.
Methodology
Classes will be held one weekend a month, including January, and will have a minimum of 25% of practice time. It will be lectures, through slides presentation and other resources. Students will receive the module Handout in advance, via personalized email address.
